  4. HREF will determine whether the answer can be provided from our inventory of ready-to-go answers (FREE), or whether it requires a custom example. HREF will send you a quote by e-mail stating a price and a turnaround time. Rates are: $50 minimum; $95/hour.
    If your problem turns out to have been caused by a bug in HREF's software, then we will charge you for 50% of the time spent on your behalf, and fix the bug as soon as possible for free. If you require a fix immediately, we will work out some arrangement with you wherein you may elect to pay a rush charge in order to force an unscheduled point release of the software.
  5. If you already have a tech support contract, write back to accept the terms. Otherwise, go into the online catalog and make your payment.
  6. HREF will send the solution within the agreed-upon time.

  

Delphi Versions Supported

HREF Tools supports Delphi 6, Delphi 7, Delphi 2005, Delphi 2006, Delphi 2007 and Delphi 2009. For TPack, we additionally support Kylix 3.

WebHub Versions Supported

We support WebHub v2.010 and above. WebHub applications built with v2.010 through v2.099 can be used with a Hub/runner combination of the same version, or with a Hub/runner v2.099. These can be deployed on Windows XP, Win2000, Win2003 and Vista.

CPU issues

Hub v2.010 supports a maximum of 4 CPUs. Hub v2.084+ should be used for 8 CPU servers. Multi-core support is included at no extra charge in Hub v2.085+.
