    If your problem turns out to have been caused by a bug in HREF's software, then we will charge you for 50% of the time spent on your behalf, and fix the bug as soon as possible for free. If you require a fix immediately, we will work out some arrangement with you wherein you may elect to pay a rush charge in order to force an unscheduled point release of the software.
  5. If you already have a tech support contract, write back to accept the terms. Otherwise, go into the online catalog and make your payment.
  6. HREF will send the solution within the agreed-upon time.

HREF Tools supports Delphi 2009, Delphi 2010, Delphi XE and Delphi XE2.

CPU issues

Hub v2.010 supports a maximum of 4 CPUs. Hub v2.084+ should be used for 8 CPU servers. Multi-core support is included at no extra charge in Hub v2.085+.
