Paid Tech Support: Request for personalized assistance
- Use the form below to submit a question.
- HREF will determine whether the answer can be provided from our inventory of ready-to-go
answers (FREE), or whether it requires a custom example. HREF will send you a quote by e-mail stating
a price and a turnaround time. Rates are: $50 minimum; $95/hour.
If your problem turns out to have been caused by a bug in HREF's software,
then we will charge you for 50% of the time spent on your behalf, and fix the
bug as soon as possible for free. If you require a fix immediately, we will
work out some arrangement with you wherein you may elect to pay a rush
charge in order to force an unscheduled point release of the software.
- If you already have a tech support contract, write back to accept the terms. Otherwise, go into
the online catalog and make your payment.
- HREF will send the solution within the agreed-upon time.
