How long does it take to receive a product once it is ordered??

Quantity discounts
These are available upon request through the sales department. The details vary depending on which products are involved.

Academic discount
A 10% discount is available to students and academic institutions.

Refund policy
30 days, 90% money back, no one refused. (We will ask you for the reason.) The 10% we keep goes toward paying the people who keep our records.

Zero Sales Tax
Sales Tax is not charged on electronic-download items.
