Installation of WebHub

The trial CD has this directory structure: 

-> 3rdParty    
-> errata        
-> install
    -> delphi2
    -> delphi3
-> runimage
-> tutorial
Run setup.exe in the appropriate delphi2 or delphi3 subdirectory.
