change to radiobutton syntax

	when the VALUE= element of a radiobutton line is = "", e.g. blank, the
choice will be CHECKED if the corresponding literal is blank or absent.
picking that choice will return a blank value thus removing an existing
form-literal. this change allows the developer to manage large numbers of
radiobuttons automatically without using form-literals space

    property ButtonAutoHide : Boolean;  default false

	if this is set to true, no buttons will be sent when the grid shows an
entire table; e.g. when it's simultaneously at the first and last page.
