- Win95 support - package DPL files correctly install to windows\system.
This enables you to run the demos using runtime packages more easily.
- Win95 fat 32 support - this version should install onto fat32 drives
with more than 2gig space.

Demos
- ADV : ad rotation demo updated to include a clearer demonstration of
the TWebCycle component.
- BRWS : conditional browser support demo updated to fully show the
ability to conditionally display tables, use javascript and use background sounds.
- SHOWCASE : minor fixes (frames section)
- JOKES : missing JPEG files included for sequence buttons.
- HTSYS : system message files fixed (exported files).
