(i)   You may redistribute The Software as long as you
      do so by giving others the complete Installation File only.

(ii)  Please respect our work: these free files are provided to you
      so that you can find out for yourself how valuable WebHub is.
      You may not disassemble or reverse-engineer The Software.

(iii) No Warranty and Limitation of Liability:
      This is a test version that may have defects or deficiencies
      that may not be corrected by HREF Tools Corp..  THE PROGRAM IS
      PROVIDED "AS-IS."

HREF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HREF BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
SPECIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OF THE DELIVERY, USE,
SUPPORT OR OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE.

AMONG OTHER THINGS HREF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK
STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER
COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL HREF BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF HREF's LIST PRICE FOR A LICENSE TO THE SOFTWARE,
EVEN IF HREF SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. THIS LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY TO
THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATION. FURTHERMORE, SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU.

TERMINATION.  This license will terminate automatically if you fail
to comply with the limitations described above.  This License may be
terminated by HREF TOOLS CORP. by giving 15 day notice. In any
case, this license terminates at midnight on the Expiration Date and
the WebHub System will expire at that time.  On or before termination,
you must destroy all copies of the Software.

(iv) You might lose data, including data that you do not intend to
     be manipulated by The Software.  The test version could inhibit
     the functionality of other programs.  HREF does not expect, or
     want, that to happen, but it is possible.

(v)  "HREF TOOLS" and "WebHub" are trademarks of HREF Tools Corp. and
     may only be used to denote products produced by HREF TOOLS Corp.

(vi) The Software is protected by the copyright laws of the United States
     and international copyright treaties. Other than as stated above,
     you can make no copies of the software. Except as expressly licensed
     here, HREF TOOLS CORP reserves the exclusive copyright and all other
     rights, title and interest to distribute the software.  Among other
     things, that means that you cannot sell or license the software. You
     may not: permit other individuals to use the Software except under
     the terms listed above; modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
     disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically
     prohibit such restriction), or create derivative works based on The
     Software; rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to The
     Software; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on The Software.
