Why
To delete the session data and to increase the ability of the surfer to assist in security measures.

How

  • have a logout page;
  • enforce a logout after inactivity;
  • and optionally enforce a logout after a certain page, e.g. after a shopping order is complete.
Use the SESSION macro to control session data ("the VAR file").
