whMail.pas: Key Facts about the Mail Panel

TfmWebMail.Caption equals '&Mail'.
That creates the caption on the tab when the panel plugs into the final user interface.
WebHub PanelWare supports up to 2 levels of panel nesting.
For example, the Input/Output Panel has several nested panels. Its caption equals '&Input/Output|&Input'. The vertical bar separates level 1 from level 2.
